Creating Change – Lauren Benner’s Story

Former Virginia and Denver goalie Lauren Benner was thrust into the spotlight in late August when she came to the defense of Inoke Tonga, a volleyball coach, who was forced out of a coaching position at Valor Christian High School due to his sexuality.

Lauren had previously experienced the same fate at the same school. After learning of Inoke’s story, Lauren decided to share hers.
